1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Saini Dev Apps, India (“Saini Dev Apps,” “Typozy,” “we,” “us”). By accessing Typozy or typozy.com, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. What Typozy provides
Typozy is an Android productivity application for reusable snippets, text expansion, shortcut actions, local backup and optional AI writing assistance. Features may vary by Android version, device, supported app, account state, plan, region and release version.
3. Availability and updates
Typozy is available through Google Play. Features, limits and compatibility may change as the app is updated. Beta or promotional features may be offered to eligible users and may change, end or become unavailable without notice.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. Typozy may be used in Guest Mode or with Google Sign-In where available. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and Google account and for activity performed through your Typozy session.
5. Acceptable use
You may use Typozy for lawful personal or business productivity. You must not misuse Accessibility or overlay functionality, interfere with the service, bypass plan or usage limits, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, distribute malicious content, violate another person's rights or use Typozy to facilitate unlawful activity.
6. User content and AI output
You retain your rights in text, snippets and other content you create. You grant Saini Dev Apps only the limited permission needed to process content when you use an online feature. You are responsible for the content you save, submit, generate, review or send.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Typozy is a writing assistant, not a source of professional, legal, medical, financial or other specialist advice. Review every result before relying on or sharing it.
7. Plans and usage limits
The current Free plan is ₹0 and includes 10 snippets, 1 media shortcut and up to 10 AI requests per day, together with the available free app features. Eligible users may receive Welcome Premium with expanded limits. Paid Premium purchasing is not currently available. Planned Premium access may include up to 200 AI requests per day, unlimited snippets, media and actions, and future Premium features where offered.
If paid Premium purchasing is enabled in the future, prices may vary by region, currency, taxes and Google Play configuration. The live price shown by Google Play at purchase will control. Usage limits may reset according to the service's stated daily cycle and may be enforced by the backend.
8. Welcome Premium
Eligible users may receive Welcome Premium with up to 50 AI requests per day for a limited introductory period. Eligibility, duration and availability may change or end. Welcome Premium is not a paid subscription unless the user separately completes a Google Play purchase.
9. Purchases, renewals and cancellation
Paid Premium purchasing is not currently available. If subscriptions are enabled in the future, they will be purchased, renewed, managed and cancelled through Google Play. Google Play will display the applicable price and billing period before purchase. Refunds, payment methods, taxes and billing disputes will be handled under Google Play's applicable policies and local law.
10. Local data and backups
Typozy content is primarily stored on the device. Google Sign-In does not by itself create cloud sync for snippets, media or actions. Users are responsible for creating and safely storing local backups when needed. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the app, losing the device or deleting files may permanently remove local data.
11. Third-party services
Typozy relies on services that may include Android, Google Sign-In, Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google Play Integrity, infrastructure providers and configured AI processing providers. Their terms, privacy policies, availability and technical limitations may affect Typozy. Saini Dev Apps does not control third-party platforms.
12. Accessibility and supported apps
Text expansion and floating controls depend on Android Accessibility, overlay behaviour and information exposed by other apps. Typozy cannot guarantee compatibility with every text field, keyboard, device manufacturer or Android app. Users control whether to enable these services.
13. Intellectual property
Typozy's software, branding, visual assets, website content and documentation are owned by Saini Dev Apps or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy or distribute protected elements except as permitted by law or written permission.
14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment, material breach or service discontinuation. Where practical and lawful, we will use proportionate measures. Users may stop using Typozy at any time and may request account deletion.
15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Typozy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal app compatibility, error-free output or preservation of local data. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Saini Dev Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data or reliance on AI output arising from use of Typozy. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's location. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns by contacting [email protected]. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
